I started taking the pill again (Levest) after having a few years break. However, after about about 1 of taking it I had breakthrough bleeding that wouldn't stop and I decided to keep taking it until the 21 days were up just so I would be protected.
Currently, I'm on day 4 of my break and the bleeding has really calmed down. Its incredibly light now, I'm using panty liners and barely need that to be honest because I can only see blood when I wipe and a the tiniest bit of blood on the liner but not really noticeable at all.
Would it be okay to start on my new pill packet tomorrow even though I'm still bleeding? Would it help it to stop? This is what I've done every time I've been on the pill before, I would have a 4 day break instead of a 7 and it always worked perfectly fine for me. I just don't want to extend the bleeding anymore than I need to because it's been happening for almost 3 weeks already.
