Lil sisters confidence in below sea level because of bullying

My little sister is now 14. She is home schooled because of the bullying. She went to two schools, first school the bullying was so bad she had to leave and the second school was exactly them same. She is quite tall and hates her height, she hates everything about her. Always puts herself down, hates being in public, she doesn’t see her self worth atall. It’s so sad to witness. She is calling herself ugly etc.

I’m just wondering how I can help her build her confidence, it’s so bad I honestly don’t know what to do but I don’t want to sit on the sidelines and just watch her hate every minute detail about her very existence.

Does anyone have any tips that could possibly help me to help her?

Could she get into sport where her height may be an advantage? Eg netball, basketball, tennis, rowing? I was a nerd, but good at sport (but not tall), which saved me from a bit of bullying - some of the sporty kids at school were in the cool group, and I guess u bond as a team.

I mean - even if she is home schooled, sport can introduce her to different friends
