Please wise mumsnetters can I avail of your experience?
Next month I move house and my new home has a bigger and more fancy kitchen, including lots of deep drawers (pan drawers), ordinary drawers and cupboards - all of a heavy duty robust design (so no concerns about over loading). My old kitchen was very small and only had a few small drawers.
What is the best way to use drawers v wall cabinets v base cabinets?
I do cook and bake alot and have lots of ingredients including half the spice aisle of Tesco, plus lots of tins, bottles, and dried goods. There are currently a drawers worth of cutlery and another of cooking utensils.
Can spices go in a drawer? Do tins or dry goods work in drawers, or should I keep them mainly for crockery and dishes?
