Brass knob came off grandsons bed and I said your knobs fell off! Nearly peed himself laughing

My partner's mum informed us that the postman had knocked her up one morning. She meant knocked on the door early and it woke her up. Me DP and DSS were almost crying laughing and she didn't understand why.
