Any Zelda Breath of the Wild players?

I love this game, but I just accidentally deleted my whole file.

I would take this as an opportunity to start playing the game from the beginning and enjoy all over again :) (apart from having to face the Yiga Clan as they suck)

I started again by choice, mostly for fun though also because I wanted to be kore systematic on the hyrule compendium and korok seeds. I found it really helped to use some of the expansion pack tools (the ancient horse gear and korok mask in particular). It was (with the exception of some frustrating tasks) quite satisfying to do again, and I took quite a different route which made it feel fresher than a more sequential game would.

Yes, I agree with you both. I have started from the beginning and am actually learning things I missed the first time round. It's just that I had done so much, conquered the four devine beasts and collected so much stuff! I also hate the combat part, I like exploring, finding shrines and working out puzzles, so I'm going to have to do the combat all over again. I had just bought the expansion pack, so I suppose it will be a bit different this time around. I still can't believe I overwrote everything though.
