Just that really...

I was hoping for some reassurance regarding my son’s milk teeth and eruption of an adult tooth in what looks like a strange position.

Not a dentist.
Friend's DD had an adult tooth which came in behind a milk tooth without knocking it out for quite a while. Looked really strange!

I’m just concerned because it’s one of his front teeth but the adult tooth that is coming out isn’t right behind it, but quite far back as though it’s eruption out of his top palate.

I’m a bit worried.

When is his next checkup?

DD1 had a canine that didn't come through.
Eventually at 13 or so she had to have an OP under general anesthetic to uncover it, and then orthodontic work to force it into position whilst sorting out the rest of her wonky teeth.

I rang the dentist this morning and they have booked him in for May 4th which seems forever away.
