Just got back into doing this and really enjoying it but as soon as the light fades or it's a dull day I'm struggling to see to work.

Main light in the room has little effect I've found I feel like I need something I can place closer to the work somehow so I'm thinking a clip on lamp or headlamp or necklamp

But it's impossible when shopping online to be able to tell if an item is good and bright snd flexible enough

So I'm hoping for some good recommendations

I used to use a head torch, but use this now. It's rechargeable, and is really fantastic.

I bought a neck light, but found that for my crochet, I couldn't get it to shine on to my work. My boobs got in the way! Confused Grin

I now use a head lamp, and this shines in exactly the right place. www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07RTK16M7?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share&tag=mumsnetforu03-21

DH recently bought be a victoper headtorch. Its brilliant! I've gone through SO many head torches over the years, but this is the 1st that can be recharged. I used to go through packets of batteries, but no longer. Its bright, has multiple settings and functions and can even work whilst charging.

@HouseOfGoldandBones is it bright enough?

@IsolaPribby yea I'm quite blessed in the chest dept too! So I was wondering about that

@Elouera sounds good and looks good

All 3 added to basket, think I'll try the 1st two first as faster delivery.

But if there's any more recommendations I'm all ears

So frustrated by this. Combination of a crappy small window, crap main light and my own failing eyesight.
