Sorry I’ve not been on, I’m having problems with my IPad.
I’m using my phone currently, but it’s a small screen for poor eyesight 👀

@AJumpedUpPantryBoy regarding your migraines. Sympathies, fellow sufferer here. My gp recommended high dose vitamin B supplement daily (all the Bs). It has helped reduced frequency and severity of mine. Can you take aspirin? If yes, again my gp recommended taking 3 (900mg) as soon as you can when feeling one coming on (I then go to bed asap).

I'll try anything - will definitely add Vit B to my tablet regime.
I'd forgotten how debilitating they can be - I find if I can take painkillers quickly and get to bed they don't last as long but sometimes its just too late.

I used to take Aspro and they were amazing but bow you can't get them in the UK. Shame Midge isn't really in Australia as if she was I'd be begging her to ship me some

@AJumpedUpPantryBoy Go onto eBay & look for Lindens Super B Complex. The doses are a lot higher than the standard ones available in multivitamins. But it works for me.
