Oh. I hadn't finished.... and fell asleep on this lovely beach. When we woke up in the morning we realised we'd crashed out on a building site 😂😂

Well I e stayed in a hotel next to a building site but never slept on one 🤣

I've never been on a honeymoon!! 😢

But me and an ex fell asleep on another Greek island (the romantic Oia in Satorini) in an abandoned house, and were woken up on the morning by an estate agent showing people around!!
(Why did we sleep there? I don't know. We were young and skint and hadn't sorted out a place to stay 🤪)

The days when you just kipped down anywhere after a few drinks, waking up on someone's floor after a party! Don't think I'd even get down on the floor now

They were fun at the time. Don't think they suit me either now. Although having said that, any holiday would be paradise right now, even if I woke up in a cement mixer.

My dh tells a story that he woke up after a night out. This is YEARS before he met me. And the world was all kind-of yellow. And he realised he could lift the ceiling above him. And he was in a grit bin. And people on the street were all going to work.

He said he gently lowered the lid again while he figured out what to do
