So we've just had a quote of £4,500 to have old bathroom ripped out, new bath sink and toilet but sink and toilet in those fitted units. A window blocked up, flooring, drench shower, long storage unit and 4 ft radiator. It doesn't include tiling but we'll have it all tiled and they'll do the tiling. Oh and spotlights in the ceiling.
