Why do I have dead arms?!

I woke up this morning with the strangest 'dead arm' feeling at the top of both arms and as the day has gone on it seems to have got more intense. It's very similar to the dead arm you get after the flu jab, that's the best way to explain it.

Has anyone else had this before? It's so odd!

Have you done any weights or heavy lifting? Had covid jab? Slept in a funny position?

To be honest I woke up like this today, but my legs as well, but that's because I hit the weights hard in a BodyPump workout yesterday so I brought it on myself.

I thought perhaps I'd slept funny, but I can't quite work out how that would affect both arms.

No exercise recently, yesterday was a lovely lazy day in the garden.

I had my cold jab the second week of March so I don't think there's any link there.
