I finished school in early 00s. I went in and out from courses and jobs and about 10 years ago I settled in a job. I liked it and enjoyed it for many years. There was no progression or opportunity for pay increase in all them years.
Here I am now nearly touching 40 and I'm nearly in the same position I was 10 years ago. My siblings have moved away to a different continent and set up life there for themselves. I never ever kept in touch with my school friends. So many people are just gone - living abroad and working.
I'm trying to figure out where the years went by and where they went to. They went by so fast.
