My BMI is 36

And I am thrilled! 18 months ago I had a BMI of 54, 12 months ago it was still over 40 and I was classed as clinically vulnerable to Covid. I got it to under 40 during the summer, which felt like a huge achievement, but I calculated it today and it is 36! A long way to go, but I am definitely making progress.

I didn't really have any mobility issues, I've always been overweight and I think my body is just used to it! I've always had normal BP, cholesterol etc as well. But I'm definitely fitter now, I've started doing more exercise now that I'm happy my joints can cope with it.

Slimming World, for the most part. I've recently started exercising (did couch 2 5K starting in January and now run 3 times a week, plus I've just started a boot camp class), but the majority has come from dietary changes.

That's brilliant! Well done. I don't think I've ever had a BMI below 30 so would be thrilled to get to 28!
