Please recommend some earplugs ...

DH’s snoring is driving me to distraction. Need something effective and comfortable! Any recommendations please.

Silicon ones. I have tried many different ones. I recently tried Wutan Ear Plugs for Sleeping, which at £17.99 weren't cheap, but they hurt my ears. So I shall stick to silicon ones from now on

I am also obsessed by the pink and yellow ones recommended by PPs.

Think I originally found out about them on here too, so not surprised there’s a lot of love for them! Hope they work for you too OP x

I found the pink and yellow ones too big for my ears so uncomfortable but then tried macks dreamgirl and been using them successfully for years and years now!

Howard Leight Green ones I found much more comfortable than the pink and yellow ones! Available on ebay. Good luck OP!

I used the pink and yellow but they don't block the really loud snoring for me. My DP bought a CPAP machine whilst waiting for a referral for the sleep clinic, after 20 years I am finally having uninterrupted sleep.

Meant to come back to say thank you for the pink and yellow recommendations. They block most of the racket (I can hear muffled sounds) and I am getting sleep!

I'm currently wide awake thanks to Hubby snoring. All the ear plugs I've tried really hurt my ears! Have just ordered some howard leight ones!.I'm.so tired lol

I have the Wutan silicone earplugs from Amazon, you get 2 pairs of different sizes in a box. Get a couple of boxes in case you lo0se one.
