One for Teesside folk - I'm looking for a nice hotel

Can you help? I need to travel up north in may or June and will need a hotel. I'd like it to be half decent and I'm not finding too much online as I'm not familiar with the area. Ideally not a travel lodge - something just a step up from that of possible and it'll be for a few nights. 2 probably

Closely situated to Normanby would be great - within 10 miles maybe?

Any ideas for me to explore please?

I'm afraid I'm not sure on prices but these are what I would think of as nice hotels in the area:
The Cleveland Tontine (on the A19 south of Yarm)
Rushpool Hall, Saltburn
Crathorne Hall, Yarm
Gisborough Hall, Guisborough

We've stayed at Field View in Yarm. It's a b&b rather than a hotel but was v nice. Depends on your budget - Crathorne Hall is lovely but not somewhere we'd think of staying!

As a step up from a Travelodge and close to Normanby I'd suggest looking at the Cross Keys.

Oh brilliant thank you! I've not come across any of these on my google searches so I'll check them all out

As it's only 2 or so nights, budget not a massive issue, I'd pay £100 + a night ish.
