Ok so I know how dumb I will probably come across but I just have no idea when it comes to this type of stuff. I bought some frozen slimming world meals from Aldi, my hubby unpacked the shopping and put the meals in the fridge and I didn't notice until the following day. It doesn't say much on the back of the boxes other than do not re freeze and to be kept frozen. Will I now have to throw these out or can I still use them this week?
