I made, if I say so myself, a wonderful fish pie yesterday . I used, amongst other things, prawns which had already been cooked so they were ready to eat and then cooked again for the fish pie. Do you think it would be ok to reheat a portion of pie that's left?

You do not want food poisoning from shellfish, it is not pleasant.
It may well be fine... but it might not. Not worth the risk imo.
