My neighbour just had a baby that not the problem but somehow become more noiser when their literary decided to make a front decking which bangs through my house when walking on it and getting on my nerves now and wasn’t sure to say something or do I say something to the local council it literally sounds like their hamming the walls what do guys think 🤔what I should do I can’t move or want to also breaking covid 19 rules and keep having friends over every day this been happening for 2 months now
