Can miscarriage change your cycle?

All my adult life my cycle has been regular as clockwork - 29 days without fail. I miscarried in February and this month I'm two days late. I've taken two pregnancy tests - both negative - but I don't understand what's going on.

Can the miscarriage have changed my cycle? Should I be doing anything differently now? I feel a bit sick at the thought of more months charting and figuring out how this new cycle works.

Any advice welcomed!

I am also v regular but it took a few months to get back to normal. I had a v early miscarriage in late December (some years back) and probably only felt ‘normal’ by March if I remember correctly. Good luck with your plans and hope you are feeling ok. I remember having savage mood swings for a month or so while the hormones sorted themselves out.

Thanks, @Himawarigirl, and sorry for your loss. I feel pretty grim tbh - it hadn't occurred to me that this might alter my cycle and I think I'm getting slightly obsessed 🤦‍♀️
