Easter pity party

School worker (Primary) been so looking forward to our Easter holidays. We only broke up Thursday. Friday afternoon got call from Head telling me to isolate for 10 days. Basically my whole Easter hols. Marvellous.

Eurgh, that is rubbish timing! At least everything isn’t open but still, I can completely understand you feeling a bit dismal!

That is crap I’ve just come out of isolation and honestly it’s no fun .
Hopefully it will go quick for you .

That’s shit, my 11 year old has been isolating since Monday. 😞

You have a very short Easter holidays works out you’d have to be in until the 12th August. The start of the second week of the holidays

@SweetToffee I don't understand your comment. We do have short holidays. We only ever have one week at Easter at our School. Last contact was Wednesday so takes me up to Sunday 11th and back to school Monday 12th which is the start of our new term.

That is beyond crap. I am so sorry.

Thankyou everyone. I feel totally unreasonable being annoyed when the cause of my isolation is a young child with COVID but it still sucks.

That’s rotten luck. Hope you are eating lots of chocolate to get you through.
