TBH our Easter lunch was perilously close to being spagetti with hotdogs cut up in it.

I keep thinking it’s Sunday today, was about to put the kids egg hunt out last night. My brain just cannot compute that it’s Saturday! So thanks for reminding me I can go to the shops for a couple of things I forgot

Now easter lunch (everybody vetoed lamb or a roast) is Chicken Chasser with mashed potatoes, buttery brussels and butternut squash. Plus tiramisu.

Here in Germany the shops are still closed every Sunday as well as every bank holiday - so this week no shops Friday, today and tomorrow. Luckily I'm happy to live on chocolate so it doesn't matter if I've forgotten the proper food.
