Husband 30th birthday ideas

I'm looking for some ideas for my my DH's 30th birthday which is at the start of June. According to the roadmap restrictions may have been eased by then, but we can't be completely sure. Additionally we had a baby last year and due to Covid we haven't had anyone else look after her, in fact she's not met anyone else as we don't have a bubble. Therefore by the time DH's birthday comes I can't imagine we will have had the chance to practice babysitters or anything and wouldn't be able to leave her in someone's care at bedtime / an evening.. So... whatever I plan will need to be baby friendly. In old times I'd have taken him on a city break to Europe and a fancy dinner in London.

We have already booked a UK Air Bnb around his birthday but not on the actual day, abs we would have done this anyway.

If you were in my shoes what would you plan? It needs to be as special as possible as he's had a tough year for various reasons and has been my rock.

A friend did this

Or similar. She and the kids ate a meal together.

Oh wow @LauristonLane that looks fun! I love igloos! Unfortunately we live in a flat without a garden though!

Hoping someone comes along with more ideas! I think the main challenge is having our 9mo baby in tow!

I surprised my DH with a private pod on the London Eye at sunset. You get fast track boarding included.
