This should perhaps be in AIBU but can't do with the aggro!
Just wondering what your "family/domestic" new normal is now that you didn't think would be before Covid?
Before the pandemic we very much out of the house and saw each other fairly infrequently.
We (for clarity DH, me and adult DSs) now see each other a lot more as all WFH but the times when we would "in normal times" meet up as a family are also gone.
So we catch-up throughout day - coffee, lunch, domestic chores, chats etc but come the evening (when we would normally sit down to a film, Netflix or dinner as examples - or obviously go out too as family or individuals) we just go our own way.
We are lucky to have the space to do this and to be honest I like the downtime but wonder if we are unique in this?
I feel closer throughout daytime but feel evenings have lost something - but equally enjoy that too given time we are all together in daytime just pottering along!
