We're looking to move to Muswell Hill next summer (2022), and my daughter will be starting school in September 2022. The problem is that we'll have missed the admission deadline, so will have to join the waiting list.
Does anyone have experience of being on the waiting list? How long did you have to wait for either your preferred school, or indeed any school within Muswell Hill? The Haringey admissions team wasn't especially helpful. I don't know if we're better off trying to move this year, ahead of the deadline? We'd prefer to do it next year, but not if it will cause huge problems for getting into a school.
