I made an online order yesterday in the hope of a delivery before Easter. I checked online banking and it looks like the payment is still pending. The payment never fell off the pending section.
Does this mean my order wasn't processed? Today was the last dispatch day before Easter and I never got a dispatch email.
I really need the item before Easter.
