Hi all, my DS1 is 8 and has started to develop little yellow spots mainly around his nose. It has been suggested he would benefit from a gentle cleanser to use but there are so many. He’s a very sweaty kid and like to be outside a lot so is always filthy 
He washes his face with water twice a day but I feel now he just needs a a little bit more without anything too harsh.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
