Dd8 used to have a phone to play on... my Nan gave it too her 3 years ago just so she could play games and watch YouTube. It’s literally on it’s last legs, won’t charge for long etc. I’ve said she can have my old phone as I’ve just got an upgrade, she got excited saying she can call her friends etc. I made it clear she isn’t getting a sim it’s just to continue what she was doing before. She’s told me her friends have numbers. She’s the oldest in her class so some of her friends are still 7.
Surely I’m not the only one not letting my 8 year old have a sim?
