It was about 3 years ago and I'm trying to remember how it resolved itself but I don't think I know.

The OP was house sitting in her friend's fancy flat whilst she went away ( maybe on honeymoon?). She was possibly looking after her cat too but can't remember. When her friend got back from her holiday, she sent her a bill for staying in the house for two weeks?

What happened in the end? Or was it a troll?

I also vaguely remember and think it ended up in the daily fail and others.
