4 month regression but with premature babies

This may sound like a silly question but I was wondering if firstly all babies go through the 4 month sleep regression? I have 4 month old twins however they were born at 36+4. I was wondering if my babies will go through it when they are 5 months as they were born a month early so will it happen at their corrected age? Has anyone had premature babies who have had their regression at their corrected age? Smile

I can only speak from my own experience but I was all braced for the 4-month regression, both at 4 months and 4 months corrected, and it didn’t happen. You could get lucky!

My dts were born at 30 weeks and slept 6-6 from 5 months with a dream feed around 10pm. They didn't do the regression at all.

Ds was not premature but was born at 37 + 4. He had a sleep regression at 18 weeks so at 4.5 months I guess. So adds up with him that it was slightly later but not sure how scientific an analysis that is! As others said, you might get lucky and have no sleep regression at all!
