I recently did a guided meditation programme to help me through a bad time. The programme was only 2 weeks long but I found doing the sessions as soon as I woke up set me up for the day. I found it really relaxing and rewarding even though I'm not usually into this sort of stuff. It's certainly better than sitting in bed looking at my phone for the first 20 minutes of the day!
Can anyone recommend any other guided wake up meditations? Only short ones as I don't tend to have much time. Thank you.
