Hi there. I really need some help for anyone that knows about nice places to to buy and settle down for at least 5 years. We need to move and want to buy a home outside London to get more space for the price. I’ve no idea how to select the best area and I wonder if anyone can give me any ideas of good locations? We need to be within an hour of the M25 for a parent in North West London but do not want to move north of London. We’re in our 40s, we want a diverse community with at least a few local pubs and cafes with a station into London for work. Our budget is max £450K for 3-4 bed home for a small family, and an office too. If anyone can suggest any towns or villages, I would LOVE to hear them. Thanks so much!
