Really, really fancy Chinese tonight but we're not doing takeaways at the moment. What delicious, satisfying stuff can we cook ourselves?!

Ketchup
Rice wine vinegar
Honey

It is absolutely fucking delicious. Tastes properly like the real thing.

If you can get to an M and S they have an amazing stir fry deal. £6 for veg, protein, sauce and noodles or rice. Its lush especially if you choose the prawns, noodles and sweet chilli and ginger sauce!

I make an amazing Hong Kong style sweet and sour chicken, the key is to fry the chicken in cornflour to give it the texture. This is the recipe I used the first time but now I wing my own.
