So I’ve been making food hampers for family and friends for a while now and I’m hoping to turn it into a little business if I can. The issue I have is that I have quite a lot of pets so for hygiene reasons I keep the stock and make up the hampers at my mum’s. my question is would I be allowed to register the business to my mums address and if so would this have any implications for my mum? I obviously want to be honest and don’t want to get myself or anyone else in trouble.
