If you've had your heartbroken what made you believe love does exist?

?? A book, film or person? I used to fall in love and have my heart broken then fall in love and have it broken again...

Time. As in time passing. Basically. You end up giving it a go again because you realise being on your own potentially forever is just as sad and miserable as potentially ending up broken hearted again.

Carrying on even though your heart is so heavy, time passes, things get a little easier and then your life continues happily with a new situation. But still remember often the pain he caused and that’s after 24 years
