Please help wierd marks on child nose

Hi does anyone have any idea what these are ? One appeared the. About an hour later the next one appeared. He’s not hit his face or anything. Bit confused he’s fine in himself just a bit worried any help please ?

Thank you, no they are flat no raised or bumpy bits and not itchy .

He's not tried to put a peg (or similar pinchy object) on the end of his nose has he? Just with there being only two small bruises it seems a possibility? Only other thing I can think of is that when I had shingles on my face the rash went down to the end of my nose like that. I think it would be unusual for a child to have shingles. Not impossible though.

Hi thanks no he hasn’t had any pegs but it’s a good point I wounder if he managed to get something on there without me seeing he’s 4 and got stuck in a drum ring around his legs the other day🤦‍♀️ The marks are still there but no other ones so I will keep a eye on him for now just incase. Thank you
