Embarrassing post - little spots on bum

I've had them for a long time and am very embarrassed about it. It's got worse now that I'm pregnant. I see lots of girls wearing bikinis that show a little more skin and I wouldn't even mind as feel comfortable in my body otherwise but if it wasn't for those spots - gosh I cannot believe I actually talk about this but was wondering if anyone ever had a remedy? I feel silly calling my GP for it.

I shower daily and am generally a clean person, so it's not a hygiene issue. I also eat healthy foods, don't have a sweet tooth at all, so rarely have chocolate or cakes.

Is it folliculitis? I used to get this from wearing a thong/tight combo to the office everyday. I washed my ass with salicylic acid on a loofah everyday and with no tights every day it's completely gone.

Scrub and use bodylotion afterwards.
Also, I had the same issue last summer and spots disappeared after I started
cleaning the toilet seat every day with some toilet paper with detergent on it (although it was never visibly dirty). Literally takes 15 seconds of your day but it works.

This might be keratosis pilaris. Most people get it on their upper arms, legs or bum. It's keratin blocking the hair follicles and it's quite difficult to get rid of.

Korean Italy towels help (there's a few threads about them on here)

Exfoliate. Don’t moisturise unless you’re certain it’s not a pore blocker
