Good low cal savoury snacks

Since Christmas I have started calorie counting and I am loving it, except I am struggling to think of any low calorie, savoury snacks that I can take to work. Aside from crisps I can't really think of much, sweet snacks seem a lot easier to come across.

I don't mind having to make them, as I meal prep on Sunday for the whole week, but I would like them to be filling also.

Would love some ideas or snacks that you have made yourself that are great while trying to lose weight.

Popcorn and rice cakes. The Asda caramel rice cakes are my favourite and only 41 calories each.

To make them filling, you need to add some protein with them.

Chopped up ham, chicken drumsticks etc

Cheese and apple is a favourite of mine

Also, drink plenty of water.

Peppermint tea is also good if you fancy something to ‘eat’.

Crackers and low fat cheese spread

Yushoi pea snacks are really nice. A bit like chip sticks. Lowish calories, higher fibre and protein, and lower carb. Also, Lidl do a cheap own brand version.

I also like carrot sticks and hummus, or boiled eggs (although not to eat in a shared office, as I like my colleagues!)

Bacon muffins made with egg, so basically beaten egg in a muffin tin and baked with bacon, cheese, onion, ham or whatever floats your boat added, cold they are li a small tortilla, saying that you could also make a tortilla and slice it cold like a crustless quiche.
