Children and exhausted parents and carers

Hey all,

Parents or not, we can all get extremely exhausted. However, those with children who are shy and have social anxiety, can I ask what parents do to support them to build social confidence?

And if nothing you have tried works, what type of service would want to see in your town that can help?

I'd like the more confident kids to be taught how to be nicer to the less confident, and how they should sometimes stand back to let the less confident have a chance. To not laugh at them if they are a bit less capable. When picking teams not always leave the same kids until the end or make faces when they are left with someone who is less good.
not bitter at all at how my DCs confidence was slowly eaten away
