Brief story. A friend is being pursued by Private Detectives/Enquiry Agents who were instructed by an abusive relative and their Solicitor. The Police are involved. My question is all us friends are all also being persued by the Private Detectives. They would appear to be gathering information about us (eg from Google) even though we are not involved and have never met the abusive relative. We have made complaints to the Solicitors Regulatory Authority. Does anyone know where we stand getting our data removed, that has been gathered without our consent, under GDPR?
