Kitchen aid mixer colour, down to 3!

Too many choices, managed to shortlist to 3, I like all 3 equally, be good to get some opinions! Kitchen is white cabinets with wood counters. It’s a 50th bday pressie to me so expect this to be my one and only!

We have matcha green, fog blue and ink blue.

The green is my favourite but dark blue a close second. The middle one looks like a boring grey/metal rather than blue.

Matcha Green is my vote. Goes with white, goes with wood.... And is the most vibrant of the 3.

Its not everyday one is spoiled with a kitchen aid so you want it to stand out.

Dark blue. It's classy.

I’ve got Kitchenaid equipment and choose a variety of colours
Mixer is white
Blender is pink
Kettle is red
Toaster is pistachio

I love them all

Would go for the green option for your mixer

I think if you go for the Matcha green one ( lovely ) but will it be too out there / old fashioned in a few years . Personally , I'd go for the grey one, it's more timeless.
I've have the pistachio one for 4/5 years and feel that's still ok for my taste / decor.

I'd choose fog blue.
I don't like the green and I feel I'd always need to match my decor to it.
The dark blue is nice too but the fog definitely has 'it' for me.

Fog blue for me. If you'd asked me 20 years ago I'd have said Green.
As I've got older I prefer classic colours (retro type)

I am looking at buying one soon. Same dilemma. I think I would go for the middle one as I agree the green is stunning but would you tire of it. Though its so pretty does it matter. Maybe you could never tire of it. I have my eye on the pistachio

I think either the matcha green or the ink blue are lovely. The other colour is a bit insipid given that your kitchen is already quite pale. What colour are your plates, bowls, mugs? Do you keep anything else on the countertops e.g. kettle or toaster and what colour are they? Any other major colour in the room (blinds, pictures?)

Possibly not helpful, but I have just bought a Kenwood KMix for DS and DIL from Amazon warehouse. Advertised as some cosmetic scratches but absolutely none visible, it seemed never to have been used. £189, theirs is red, but worth a look.

I’d go with green, it’s the colour that most pops out.

I really like the green but I think it will date and do you really want people entering your kitchen and the blender to be their first thought?

The dark blue is nice but dull.

The middle one is properly retro in a way the green isn't, in a classic way that I think is timeless.

I really like the matcha green but agree it could get too much, it would definitely stand out. My current Kenwood is kept in a cupboard, small bright kitchen (open plan living) so will make space. We have chrome dualit toaster and kettle, usual chrome microwave, bread bin, nothing really that colourful other than our pale blue food waste bin, see pic, I think the kitchen aid will live near it.

Maybe the fog blue, but maybe too same'y as food waste & wish it was glossy though so maybe the ink blue, then maybe the matcha?

Oh indecision!! 😂
