Am I the only one being followed constantly by this advert? (On radio and TV)
Or is it some sort of advance warning I will soon break down on the motorway...

If I do, I'm sure I'll be singing the ear worm...

(This in advert about what to do if you break down on the motorway, including gems like using your indicators...)

I don’t watch live TV now but I immediately got the “go weeeeeest” in my head. So I’m guessing it’s like that?

Made even worse by the fact that there's a Worship Song that sounds very like it, and because I don't know Go West particularly well I have them confused.

I keep hearing it too. My take on it is that they're trying to minimise the dangers of so-called 'smart' motorways (or 'death traps' in layman's terms).

Im with you on that one.

I'm now having internal debates about the relative safety of exiting via the driver door or trying to contort over the centre console to exit by the passenger door...

Well, that's the rest of my day spent trying to untangle those then.

The advert is irritating as hell, but given how often I see people standing right beside their broken down car rather than away from it, I think it's probably much needed.
