Cream of chicken soup

Other than just eat it, what can I do with it that isn't a pasta bake or a chicken pot pie filling (American recipes). I don't want to eat it as I don't like it and I want it gone from the cupboard. I hate waste but honestly thinking of just ditching so I don't have to look at it any more! Any ideas?

I feel like it’s useful to keep in case someone is ill or has dental work - it’s easy to eat

Sorry but the thought of being offered cream if chicken soup when ill makes me want to throw up. It wouldn't make me feel better. Now cream of tomato, yes, I would find that comforting.
