Hertford castle

I was wondering if any hertford mums have been to the annual Teddy picnic at hertford castle? Just after what your views are on it? Good and bad points? Thanks

I live in broxbourne so not far. Just trying to find out what people think of their family events ;)

I went a few years ago.

It was a nice day for a picnic in the grounds listening to singers. Luckily we took bubbles that's the kids loved playing with.

But apart from going round the castle there wasn't much else to do for free - although lots of stalls and bouncy castles etc.

Yes, all the stalls were independent and needed to pay
