I'm on the brink of burn out. Totally exhausted and lost all sight of any way out, or relief at all for life I find myself in!
Full time teacher, single parent to teen and tween, both with extra needs that make parenting and general home life utterly exhausting and I don't get a minute to breathe or just.... be!
Everyone suggests yoga... or mindfulness... or take up running but fact is I'm out of the house at work for 10 and half hours a day, and the rest of my waking hours parenting and trying to keep house in some kind of order. Juggling a billion plates and dropping them all.
Any suggestions of how to make life a touch easier to manage.... not mindfulness 😂
