I was a bit of a wild child at that age . If she were to see me now. I am a boring old fart.

TeckanandMultra · 24/03/2021 20:07

Happy, I think. And surprised I managed to have a child and the career I dreamed of.

GoWalkabout · 24/03/2021 20:31

Surprised I found a job I'm good at and find really rewarding. Amazed by the lovely children I have and how being a mum has been. Pleased I am with a better guy than I ever thought I would find, and relieved that I am financially secure.

Yep same.
idontlikealdi · 24/03/2021 21:31

Horrified that I've settled in a 'normal' life. That wasn't for me at 16, I was going to change the world.

Woodlandbelle · 24/03/2021 21:34

Very proud. High qualifications and profession I could only dream of. Stunning house. Married 2 dc. Travelled the world.
But there is a lonely part inside of me that I feel I should have invested more in people and friendships but overall I have achieved tonnes more than I thought or my teachers expected. I am higher qualified than any of them now.

Dogsaresomucheasier · 24/03/2021 21:37

She would be proud of much of it and sad and frightened by the rest. I wish I could go back and tell her what she needed to hear to minimise the crap she’s going to put up with.

AlexaShutUp · 24/03/2021 21:53

@idontlikealdi, I was going to change the world too. I feel like I've let her down.Sad
