I passed my driving test over a decade ago and have had a car for 4 years, which I’ve driven on all kinds of roads including 70mph carriageway etc and do an average of 45 miles per week (highest of 85 miles in a day). I’m bad with directions so don’t find it super easy but I manage and it’s like second nature. When there’s a passenger though, I feel nauseous with nerves, anxious and like I wouldn’t be a safe driver. I feel like a learner all over again. I hate the feeling of being watched and having their life in my hands as it were

I'm not sure what you want people to say.
You haven't asked a question or anything.

Do you want to know if this is normal / common ? - the answer is no
Do you want to know what you can do about it ? I don't know the answer to that one, but maybe this will bump it for someone who does.
