Getting a refund through PayPal?

I ordered DDs spring and summer wardrobe from Zara and spent a small fortune. It’s been a bloody nightmare trying to get information on delivery etc and they’ve finally admitted that the package was damaged in transit and returned to them. They’re refusing to give me a refund or a replacement package until they complete their investigation (however bloody long that may be). Has anyone ever had any luck getting a refund through PayPal like this?

Yep open a PayPal dispute item not received. You can escalate it and PayPal will refund you.

Yes it's very easy, you may have to wait for a period of time for them to check it all out etc, but gather all your proof, any screenshots etc and open a case and it goes from there.

I had to open a dispute with PayPal for item not received, as my package from a perfume website was lost. Got my money back no problem
