Anyone else having issues with Huawei Health app today?

Just that really. Not sure if it's my phone or a wider issue.
I click on the app, it looks like it's opening and then nothing, just goes back to phone home screen.

Loads of Android apps are not working today due to an issue with WebView. Apparently Google are working on a fix. Could that be it?
