Ovulation test- is it positive or negative?

Hello mums,
This might sound stupid, but I am new to using ovulation strips and have been told that the test line needs to be darker than the control line.
How would you read this test?

(Pink is the pregnancy test which is obviously negative)

It is technically negative but I would get these either side of ovulation. So meaning you either just ovulated (earlier yesterday) or will ovulate today. The hormones usually peak in the afternoon so I would test again this afternoon and I think you’ll have your answer.

Yep, negative but closer to ovulation so keep testing. If I didn't get a darker one/they got lighter I'd assume I'd just missed it and log that one as a positive tbh

I find it so odd because I did ovulate already earlier this month as well, and I think it has something to do with my period being irregular. My last period was back in January so I am about 41 days late, but as you can see in the picture the pregnancy test is negative.
