I wondered if anyone can help me with this, I've googled but nothing I've tried seems to work so far.
I produce an engagement letter for clients. Most of it is standard but there are some parts that have to be changed. Is there any way of making those parts fields that are entered each time I set up an engagement letter. Obviously, when I do this it isn't like doing a mail merge where you merge a data file with information about lots of people into a letter, these are one off letters - it would be a bit time-consuming setting up some sort of data file for each client just to merge it into an engagement letter.
